Born from the Alaskan Wild

The Alaskan Coffee Bean wasn't founded on a boardroom strategy. It was born from a simple belief: that the best coffee doesn't need a city skyline to be extraordinary.

Located along the Parks Highway in Healy, we serve travelers, locals, and anyone who understands that great coffee is a act of patience — from the soil the beans grow in to the moment they reach your cup.

We don't buy volume. We build relationships — with farmers, with roasters, and with the land that shapes who we are.

Sourcing with Intention

We work with importers who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and traceable origins. If we can't tell you where it came from, it doesn't go into our roaster.

Roasting in Small Batches

Every batch is monitored by hand. We adjust time, temperature, and airflow to bring out the character of each origin — never rushing, never settling.
